Philips Xenium V787 – A Smartphone You Can Rely On With Huge Battery

Xenium V787 is a dual SIM smartphone with octa-core processor, providing over 3 days of use with a single charge of 5,000 mAh. The phone is compatible with 4G technology, it can operate both on FDD-LTE and LTE TDD networks.
Description
Part of Xenium range from the Philips manufacturer, V787 is an affordable smartphone for daily use, its main advantage is the media autonomy over regular phones with Android.
Xenium V787 is presented in a housing fitted together at the back covered with a panel of metal or mineral glass at the front, protecting the LCD screen with IPS technology. Covering almost all the sides of the phone, receiving metal protective cover of matte black finish, sticky and easy to maintain.
Access to the two card slots for micro SIM and micro SD card is done by removing a small cap, covering only the upper side of the housing. Thus, the 5000 mAh battery pack is inaccessible, being permanently installed in the non-removable case.
The accessories package includes an optional screensaver foil, glass shield applied over a wired hands-free kit, AC 5V/2Ah adapter and USB cable.
Easily distinguishable to the touch but rigid enough that you do not accidentally press while you slip the phone in your pocket, the power button is placed on the right screen at the opposable thumb. Here we have the PowerSave switch that allows us to optimize battery consumption giving temporary energy-intensive functions, such as data connection.
The USB connector is placed under the screen, that we can conduct calls without the hassle of USB cable when the phone is being charged. Similarly, the headphones placed over the screen when you slip will not disrupt the phone in your pocket.
Three capacitive buttons for Android interface were retained, freeing valuable space on the screen. Unfortunately the lack of function lighting could pose problems using the phone in the dark.
Having 143x71.6x9.8 mm in size and less hampered by battery (164 grams), Philips Xenium V787 is not the kind of smartphone you forget you have it in your pocket. Fortunately, the case is sticky and is comfortable when handled with one hand.
The phone comes with Android 5.1 version, customized interface using a slightly modified menu.
